Ketabei initiative, launched by Oweid Al-Subai'i, won the third place of the King Khalid Award for Development Partners in 2018G, through the electronic mass voting tool.

Initiative Description:

A voluntary initiative launched in 2013G that seeks to spread the culture of reading and knowledge. It aims at building an educated knowledgeable society by spreading the culture of reading associated with and promoting the constants, principles and values of the Islamic Nation pursuing a balanced approach and contributing to the building of an educated and highly foresighted community.
