- Applying organization shall obtain a scorecard which is an analytical report of its performance and includes the evaluation results therefore The output of such report constitutes a roadmap for continuous improvement and development.

Who can apply for the nomination to King Khalid Non-Profit Organizations Excellence Award?
All Organizations, charities officially registered for three years or more under the umbrella of the National Center for Non-Profit Sector and operating in Saudi Arabia can apply for nomination to the award, regardless of the size of the organization, its financial resources, areas of operation or the type of activities offered thereby.

The start and end of the nomination period will be announced through various media and social communication networks as well as on the Foundation's website www.kkf.org.sa
How can an organization get nominated for the King Khalid Non-Profit Organizations Excellence Award?
Application for nomination to the award can be made through the following steps:
- Visiting the Award's website and reviewing the general terms and conditions of the award.
- Ensuring that eligibility, conditions and standards of the King Khalid Award for Excellence of Non-Profit Organizations are met.
- Registering and filling out the nomination form.
How will the nominations to the King Khalid Non-Profit Organizations Excellence Award be evaluated?
A specialized consulting institution shall, in collaboration with the Award program, review the data input in the questionnaires and evaluate the nomination and supporting documents submitted. Nominations are evaluated in accordance with the approved award criteria, and the best-performing organizations with the highest evaluation will be selected. After the selection process, field visits by the Award program will be made to their sites to verify the documents and their credibility. Based on the results of the verification, the corresponding organizations will be advised accordingly. Based on the scores given by the competent advisory body, the top 3 organizations with the highest performance are nominated, and the results are then submitted for the approval of the Award Board and the Board of Trustees of the Foundation. The winners will be announced at a press conference and then Recognized in the award Gala Award Gala.
Will applications for nomination be accepted after the deadline announced on the Award website?
Nominations through the website will be closed on the predetermined date, and no application received after such date will be considered.
Will all non-profit organizations nominated for the Award be subject to field evaluation?
All non-profit organizations that have been nominated for the award will in the first phase be subject to a preliminary evaluation by the evaluation authority, then the best-performing organizations will be selected and field visited to verify the credibility of the information and documents they have provided. Thereafter, the results of the visit and the evaluation will be submitted to the Award Board and the Foundation's Board of Trustees.

Since the completion of the form requires data from different departments in the organization, it is recommended to form a team of officials from the executive management and the board of directors to fill out the nomination form.
Are there any fees charged against nomination for the Award?
Participation in all branches of the King Khalid Award is free of charge.
Is the King Khalid Non-Profit Organizations Excellence Award launched on an annual basis?
No, all branches of the King Khalid Award are launched every two years
Are charitable societies supported by the King Khalid Foundation eligible to apply for the Award?
Yes, they are entitled to apply as the Award is managed and its evaluations are conducted by a completely independent party without any interference by the employees of the King Khalid Foundation.
Can organizations that have obtained similar award apply for the King Khalid Non-Profit Organizations Excellence Award?
