Evaluation Conditions and Criteria

The evaluation process of nomination to the Sustainability Award adopts a look that goes beyond the philanthropic works or initiatives, and the nomination form, evaluation process, and analysis are based on a globally recognized framework and scientific methodology. The evaluation includes the following criteria:

1. Governance
2. Environmental
3. Social
4. Economic

• The relevant evaluation advisory body shall make recommendations to the Award Board for approval
• The differentiation process between nominated organizations shall depend on the evaluation scores given by the evaluation advisory body and on the validity of the documents submitted and the extent to which they meet the Award criteria
• The King Khalid Foundation is permitted to make a profit from the winning works with the organization's authorization in order to publicize the award and advance knowledge among others by publishing the stories of the winners and their experiences in writing or on visual media while retaining the winner's name rights
• All works and documents submitted for the Award will not be returned to their owners even if they failed to win the Award
• The King Khalid Foundation provides a non-disclosure agreement to the organizations that have concerns about the confidentiality of their statements submitted on the nomination form, and those who wish to sign such agreement may contact the Award program at the email [email protected].
