The best-performing initiatives will then be selected for field visits to verify the accuracy of the provided information and documents. Afterwards, presentations will be conducted before the committee to nominate the top three initiatives. The results of the visits and evaluations will then be submitted to the award committee and the foundation’s Board of Trustees to approve of them. Finally, the shortlisted initiatives will be subjected to online voting to determine the winners' rankings.

The positive benefits that all participants (nominees or winners) reap include:
- Priority for initiatives to be included in the “Social Entrepreneurship Program” for exceptional initiatives, provided they meet eligibility and criteria.
- Attendance of initiative founders at the award ceremony under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for outstanding.
- Invitation to attend workshops and discussions for capacity building, organized by the award in coordination with the advisory body responsible for the evaluation.
