It is a charitable association for public benefit that is concerned with the affairs of orphans and those of their like in the Eastern Region. The association was established in 1431 AH, out of a sense by the people of the region and a number of businessmen of the importance of caring for orphans, and their desire to organize that care by establishing an association that takes care of them and their affairs and providing comprehensive programs and services for their affairs.
