The Abqaiq Plant Operations Department is one of the 75-year-old companies affiliated with Saudi Aramco, listed on the Saudi stock market. It is considered the largest oil processing facility in the world and its headquarters are located in the city of Abqaiq in the Eastern Province. The facility receives crude oil from several fields and processes 40-50% of the Kingdom's oil production. The facility processes two grades of Arab Light (AL) and Arab Extra Light (AXL) crude oil.
