Winning Justifications:

  • The society is distinguished for its institutional work in all its administrative, financial, relations, development projects and IT sections. Al-Nahda Society for Women is one of the earliest charitable societies operating in Saudi Arabia and is specialized in the development of women's capacities and guiding them by means of financial support and training for employment. All-Nahda Society pays close attention to the performance measurement and evaluation process; it maintains a clear vision of the importance of such measurement and adopts diverse levels and different mechanisms for evaluation processes which collectively contribute to the forming of a full measurement and evaluation system at the Society. It is evident also that the results of the evaluation are reflected, in one way or the other, in the planning process of their future activities, thereby contributing to the creation of a qualitative shift and a radical change in the activity of the society and its impact on the community. The society pays significant attention to human resources and shows deep keenness to provide a safe working environment; it also works to attract highly qualified female employees in addition to applying the electronic system in all services provided to female beneficiaries, which has effectively contributed to a drop in the ratio of wages compared to previous years. Furthermore, the society focuses on increasing partnerships with civil community institutions and the profit sector. It is also keen not to exceed the available financial resources but, instead, it works to develop such financial resources by having in place an external communication plan to attract supporters after having prepared detailed presentations of targeted projects.
