For having launched programs to care for their employees such as the housing ownership program and the "savings plan" which assist their workers develop long-term financial plans, and for building good reputation in terms of environmental performance and application of other international standards such as ISO-14001, as well as improving the environmental performance of suppliers and rewarding the best performers. The MARAFIQ English and Computer Training Center was well equipped to provide opportunities to develop new skills for disadvantaged communities free of charge, enabling the team to use skills and contribute to their local communities such as: Sending qualified divers to clean the seabed, providing outstanding customer service, including: Proactive response to unusual consumption patterns and a resolute call for water conservation by providing an active team at schools to raise awareness, and giving public lectures on the subject. Apart from the above, 15,000 water supply kits have been distributed to local communities in addition to giving public awareness presentations on the energy efficiency which included sponsoring the Saudi Energy Saving Program.
